Shop Day ("the App") is a car-flipping roguelike game developed by TerraWorx LLC. This policy explains what data we collect when you play.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your game progress — player name, shop name, run history, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Leaderboard Submissions

When you choose to submit a completed run to the public leaderboard, your player name, shop name, car details, and profit are sent to our servers and become publicly visible. Submission is always optional and initiated by you.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect financial information
• We do not sell data to third parties
• We do not use tracking cookies on the web version

Children

Shop Day is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
